Why you should start running

Running is not as bad as some people think , here are some of the most basic reasons I could think of why you should consider running


  1. 1 it’s in-expensive ( did you know that ? ) you don’t need a gym membership to start running . All you need are your tennis shoes and clothes , your neighborhood , parks and surroundings are your gym . 2) it’s a total body workout , you get your heart rate up there by burning lots of calories

4) Running helps to decompress the mind , its a free zone to help with connecting the mind ,soul and body

5) it’s free therapy , you get free happy hormones and release the negative energy

6) Running helps in connecting you to your environment

7) you don’t need to start by running 10 miles a day .. you start by taking one step .. no one was born running but you get more endurance by doing it
