How to lose weight or keep health while out of town...📝📝📝


Losing weight is not an easy task especially when out of your area of comfort or your space. Below are some tips that will help you maintain your goals and prevent gaining weight while having fun.


I won’t push you into meal prepping to take along but if you can do it , why not? However, if you can’t prep meals, follow these steps and thank me later.

Remember, your goals are very important — why are you doing this? If your why is big enough then nothing can come in between you and your goal😎. Have a good knowledge of the area you are vacationing at. This will enable you make better choices by assessing the restaurants you want to visit ahead of time. Check their menus and appraise the foods you love to eat - this will prevent you from picking wrong items on the menu because you planned ahead. Stay away from fried foods, foods high in sugars, can food, and beer. If you must drink an alcoholic beverage, a glass of wine will be your best bet. A hotel buffet is always enticing, however, don’t be carried away by all you see. REMEMBER YOUR WAISTLINE IS WHERE IT IS NOW BECAUSE OF YOUR HEALTHY EATING HABITS!!!😜


Eat foods like eggs, lean beef, salmon, vegetables, fruits, whole grains and soups. Go for baked foods rather than fried foods. Most importantly, drink enough water 💧.


The first shoes you need while packing are your running shoes 👟. The best way to discover and enjoy the area you are visiting is by walking and getting in some exercise with your friends or significant person.


AVOID LATE NIGHT EATING . IF YOU MUST EAT LATE , EAT HEALTHY AND EASILY DIGESTIBLE FOODS . Come back looking and feeling even better.

Remember, your coach needs your weight sent early Sunday morning after you say your Prayers . Remember to have fun
